Further, AFC will direct the third party and/or other business partners to gain additional consent for such parties from you before sending any Commercial Electronic Message. AFC is not responsible for ensuring those third parties collect consent from you for Commercial Electronic Messages in a manner appropriate for the law. We do not sell, lease, rent or in any other manner intentionally share Personal Information with any other third parties except as required by law and described below.
